The Peace of Mind Group understands, that you cannot be an exemplary employee, without first understanding what constitutes exemplary performance.  To that end, it is our pleasure to promote standards and benchmarks for excellence, by facilitating employee coaching, mentoring, and recognition of outstanding service in the following categories:

• Outstanding Officer;
• Outstanding Supervisor;
• Leadership Award – For Outstanding Coaching and Mentoring;
• Service Award – For Outstanding Service Above and Beyond the Call of Duty;
• Perfect Attendance Award – For having zero unexcused absences in a 12 month period; and
• Officer of the Year – Awarded for the Best Overall Performance of the Year (May be awarded to an officer or supervisor rank)

Staff are evaluated on a regular basis from January 1st to November 15th, of each calendar year, to facilitate routine and ongoing recognition of service.

Officers and supervisors are encouraged to report observations of exemplary performance by sending an email to Support@POMGroup.org.

All recipients will receive a letter of commendation placed into their permanent personnel file, verbal recognition, website recognition, and a nomination for the Officer of the Year Award.

The Officer of the Year will receive all of the above, an award of recognition, and a gift certificate for $500.00, to be awarded at a ceremony held on or about December 15th of each calendar year.
